Responsibilities:

  • Build and enhance precision of our prediction models which has a direct impact on marketer’s campaigns globally
  • Design and develop algorithmic solutions and models for mission-critical problems, delivering high-accuracy and performance in data extraction
  • Contribute in all phases of the Product Development Lifecycle
  • Create efficient solutions and methodologies to address problems related to Real Time Bidding (RTB) such as bid optimization, publisher quality, audience expansion, fraud detection and prevention and more
  • Optimize implementations for maximum speed, performance and scalability

Requirements:

  • Excellent programming skills - (at least one of) Python/Java
  • Experience with ML tools and libraries such as PySpark, Vowpal Wabbit, Scikit-learn, R, Spark, TensorFlow
  • Strong background in learning algorithms (multi-class, classifications, decision trees, support vector machines and deep learning)
  • Experience with Unix/Linux
  • A willingness to dive deep, experiment rapidly and get things done

Responsibilities:

  • Working alongside the CEO and leadership team to develop our strategy and grow our business
  • Building up, leading and expanding the internal finance and controlling team
  • Developing processes related to finance, accounting and reporting as we grow, to enable the business to efficiently scale
  • Managing our external accounting services and taking responsibility for all bookkeeping, payroll, statutory requirements and management accounts for the business globally
  • Controlling the business expenses and managing our cashflow
  • Managing vendor, client and partner (including banking, legal & HR) relationships and representing the business in negotiations or new relationships
  • Supporting in fundraising processes – identifying opportunities, pitching and responding to information requests

Requirements:

  • 4 + years of relevant experience in finance or controlling
  • Degree in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on finance or accounting

  • Help with our internal invoice & budgeting process (this includes finding and checking invoices, making payments)
  • Do preparatory work for our external accounting provider
  • Build and maintain reportings for our management and investors
  • Get your own dedicated projects in controlling and finance

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a working student or intern for 3-6 months
  • Certificate of enrolment at a University for at least the next two semesters

  • You own the end to end testing of the data pipeline and platform setup and set best practices
  • You are to write specialized testing tools for use in testing our software platform
  • You create the necessary automation library and framework

Requirements:

  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
  • At least 4+ years of full time job experience which includes activities involving setup of virtual environments, writing scripts to test data pipelines and automation of repetitive test tasks
  • Proficiency in working in Unix/Linux based environments
  • Knowledge of API best practices and experience working with SOAP, REST or other similar technologies will be advantageous

  • You work closely with our developers and product managers to maintain the high quality of our products
  • You manage QA in your own Scrum team, deciding priorities, deployment and more, communicating with developers, Ops, PMs and QA Lead
  • You define, write and execute test scenarios and use cases both manually and automatically

Requirements:

  • You bring at least 3 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance and working with issue tracking tools
  • Knowledge of automated tools and languages: JavaScript, Ruby, RoR, Selenium (for JavaScript & Ruby) is a big plus
  • Experience in a complex deployment process is an advantage
  • First-hand experience in Grey box testing is nice to have

  • Partner with customers and business stakeholders to understand explicit and latent needs to define and build market leading ad-tech products.
  • Prioritize product features, author and review Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
  • Run and own the product development process by working closely with all stakeholders to accelerate pace and quality of execution.
  • Engage closely with engineering teams to help determine the best technical implementation and reasonable execution schedule.
  • Partner with business stakeholders around launch planning, roadshows, customer training and support.

Requirements:

  • B.E / B. Tech in Computer Science or a related technical field. A management degree from a premium educational institution is preferred.
  • 1-2+ years of product management experience
  • Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills
  • Market knowledge of digital advertising industry and understanding of advertising technology stack like real-time bidding, ad serving, programmatic is a big plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a consultant in the onboarding phase, suggesting strategies and supporting clients in their setup phase;
  • Co-manage campaigns at all stages from setup to optimizing campaigns for performance and scale (e.g., campaign structure, bidding strategy);
  • Report on campaigns’ performance and suggest clients how to improve their strategy;
  • Be able to dig into log-level data to understand campaign performance, draw conclusions from the data;
  • Be able to troubleshoot and report on issues to tech or product team.
  • Manage a portfolio of high profile clients, defining their strategies, and leveraging internal resources (data analyst, creative analyst) to deliver on their goals, data analysis to a certain degree;
  • Collaborating with the product team on product’s improvements;
  • Ongoing customer communication and relationship-building efforts;
  • Working on processes to create repeatable and scalable success (e.g. with best practices, client-facing guides, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-year working experience in a similar and relevant role in ad tech. Proven strong skills in process-related and structured thinking, planning, coordination, and conception.
  • Understanding of mobile programmatic ecosystem (formats, targeting options, attribution, key metrics, etc.).
  • Strong interest in online and performance marketing.
